Terms of Service

By creating an account on Vihora (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old. Athletes under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to co-sign acceptance of these Terms — contact the contact form to set this up.

You are responsible for any content you upload, including but not limited to: ownership of the recording, consent of other identifiable persons in the video, compliance with your club's recording rules, and any image-rights or likeness restrictions (e.g. minors in academy environments).

You grant Vihora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transform (audio strip, metadata strip, future face blur), and display your content within the Service for the purpose of providing analysis and discovery to authorised viewers. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You retain ownership of your content.

Vihora operates as a hosting + analysis platform. We do not publish, curate, or commission content. Where content is reviewed by a human tagger or admin, that review is a verification of analysis quality (KPS metrics match the visible action), not editorial endorsement.

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Depicts NSFW, violent, hateful, or illegal activity.
• Identifies a minor (under 18) without verifiable consent of their parent or guardian.
• Harasses, threatens, or doxxes another person.
• Infringes someone else's copyright or image rights.
• Includes audio of private conversations recorded without consent.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section without prior notice.

Metrics produced by our analysis pipeline are best-effort estimates. Numbers labeled “Verified” have been reviewed by a human tagger, but verification confirms plausibility of the AI output, not absolute accuracy. We make no guarantees that metrics match reality to a specific decimal place.

Logged-in users can report any clip via the Report button. We target a 24-hour response window for review. Reports do not guarantee removal — outcome is at admin discretion based on these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if continued access poses risk to other users. You may delete your account at any time via Your profile → Danger zone.

The Service is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

[LAWYER REVIEW] To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vihora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

[LAWYER REVIEW] These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the courts of Split, Croatia.

We will email registered users at least 14 days before any material change to these Terms takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
